Darron Woodward is an epilepsy caregiver and accomplished leader with advanced degrees, including a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Arts in Business Education. With extensive experience in the financial services and automotive aftermarket industries, he brings decades of expertise in leadership, training, and organizational development. For the past two years, Darron has dedicated his time to the education-based nonprofit sector, volunteering and now serving as the Executive Director of EDbright, where he oversees daily operations and drives the organization’s mission forward with strategic vision and operational excellence.

Michelle Woodward, Ed.S., lives with epilepsy and is an accomplished education professional with over two decades of experience in diverse roles. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Science in School Counseling, and an Education Specialist degree, she has served as Director of School Counseling, Director of Testing and Assessment, and currently works as an Education Specialist/Diagnostician in the nonprofit sector. Michelle has collaborated extensively with nonprofit organizations to develop and deliver impactful educational programming for at-risk individuals and individuals with disabilities. In addition, she has contributed her expertise as a Disaster Mental Health volunteer with the Red Cross and as an Adjunct Professor in the College of Education at Butler University.
